Dr Trevor Jarman, CEO and co-founder of Natures Remedies Ltd is a biochemist who has specialised in the commercialisation of novel technologies. He has founded and developed a number of companies in the UK and Europe including Alizyme plc, PNA Diagnostics A/S, Expedeon Protein Solutions Ltd in addition to Natures Remedies. Whilst at Alizyme he initiated key projects on the development of prescription pharmaceutical products for the treatment of obesity and related diseases.

Dr Lasse Hessel, Medical Director and co-founder of Natures Remedies Ltd is a Danish physician who has an international reputation as an inventor and opinion leader. He is the inventor of several successful products including the female condom, Femidom and the Biotap for colostomy patients. He created the first dietary fibre product which was successfully commercialised as a weight loss product by Schering Plough in the 1970s. He is inventor of the Zotrim^® formulation and of Fibersugar^®.
